A great stone wall surrounds the sprawling landscape. Along the wall large towers stand watch with slitted windows protecting the guardsmen within. The wall is two layers thick, with a pathway along the top; open to the outside and an inner passageway, with slitted windows, just large enough to look through spaced intermittently along it's breadth. Within the great stone walls lies an expanse of well kept landscape, surrounding large pastures and stables containing vanners, friesians and arabians of the most esteemed lineages. Deeper within the gently rolling hills and slightly above the rest of the landscape Aemilius has built his home; a vast keep of light and glass and beauty. The chateau of glass has three stories above ground, while six extend beneath the land's surface. Gardens surround the place; filled with vibrant colors and luscious aromas. Koi pond dot the gardens with small waterfalls and artificial streams built throughout the gardens to connect all the ponds. Natural stones line the intended paths and in some areas the plants grow tall enough to create small, secluded areas within the green and vibrant landscape. Copses of tall and dense trees have been built around small cottages with similar architecture to the home. Each one has it's own personality, however, for the Lord of the Manor has built these secluded domains for some of his favorite "posessions". The largest, and darkest cottage belongs to a former Sidhe Queen whom Aemilius won in a bet with her mother. She is a dangerous creature to all but her master and for that reason, this is the only section of the sprawling estate that is off limits to all but the Lord. Lord; Aemilius

The Dimension Warp was first created in 2010 as a set of free-form boards on the equine role-play site known as Run Like Wind. RLTW had been open and running since 2005 and had progressed through many versions eventually becoming Belligerence before it closed in 2016. The DW hopes to continue for years to come like it's mother-site and so far it's still going strong. The DW was one of the first and is possibly the only site to encompass every aspect of role-play that exists with this level of utter freedom. You can play humans, wolves, equines, felines, gods, demons, angels, unicorns, dragons, witches, as well as species unique to the DW and any other original species you can think up.

DW's V.1 Cataclysm was the creation of the DW; a time when countless universes slammed together and somehow created an entirely unique realm of its own. Beings that had no business even knowing of the existence of one another were forced to make homes next to each other. Some have learned how to traverse this new realm with ease and slip into any other they please, while still others are tossed about without the ability to get home. Now, more realms have begun to meld closer to the DW causing new pathways to form and new creatures to arrive. This is v.2; Deluge.

Character creation in the DW has been simplified as much as possible. We pride ourselves on character creation freedom so that everyone can have the characters they want right from the beginning. We don't limit your creative potential just because you're new to the forum. So go crazy!

Hey! I made yet another skin! Was feeling a bit nostalgic after visiting HC to grab some of my character bios and decided to make a new version of our skin from over there. Few upgrades and new images to go along with it and it appears to be all set. Please let me know if anything seems off.

There has been a change to the alliances available for characters. It will now be referred to as Heart, rather than alliance or allegiance. There are far more choices available now so that you are not forced to stereotype your character. Please read the Hearts section of the rules to see the new choices. In the next few weeks, please take the time to go through your character logs and update the alliance section of your character's bios. Thank you in advance!
